You register via our website. Registration is free of charge and without obligation. You can also respond to vacancies on our website via your profile.

Step 2: Consultation

When a recruitment consultant contacts you, an overview will be made of your experience in the past and your wishes for the future. Based on your information, we’ll look at the possibilities within our network. Keep your profile up-to-date so that we can approach you when we see a suitable vacancy.

Step 3: Match

We are looking for a suitable vacancy. You get introduced to companies that are within your interests, based on the information from our personal conversation. We take into account the requirements of the vacancies and the experiences of the candidate. And we will not approach companies that you do not want to join.

Step 4: Apply

Your work starts here. If a company finds your CV and profile interesting, you will be invited to a meeting. A second or even third meeting can follow. In the process of salary and contract negotiation, Diverze IT mediates between the company and you.
The recruitment consultant accompanies you until the last step.
